Shefali Parekh grew up in Auckland, New Zealand and moved to Australia in 2014. During her Bachelor of Pharmacy degree she was elected as National Australian Pharmacy Students' Association (NAPSA) president in 2017. After graduating from Griffith University and completing her internship at the Royal Hobart Hospital, Shefali is now employed as a Pharmacist at both Alfred Health and Austin Health.
Shefali is passionate about helping people. She firmly believes in giving back both to her peers and also the broader pharmacy community. She understands the power of relationships and networking which she developed whilst leading the largest group of pharmacy students in Australia.
